Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $150.00.

On qualifying orders, Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only (excluding HI, AK and other US territories).

All orders have a $7.50 product handling fee add at the time of checkout.

Please note that if you use a discount coupon code on your order, your order must be greater than $150.00 AFTER the discount has been applied in order to qualify for free shipping.

Fresh Chilled (Never Frozen) Beef:

Because of the nature of the fresh chilled beef orders, special efforts are taken to ensure only the freshest items are shipped.

This involves a delicate balance of specific harvesting, precise production, overnight shipping and extra careful packing.

Fresh chilled (never frozen) beef ships separately from all other products.

Fresh beef typically ships every 4 weeks.

Return Policy:

At Back to Nature, we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. You may return an item(s) for refund or replacement within 60 days of the invoice date.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice.

You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.
