5. What does it cost to ship through Back to Nature?

We charge a handling fee of $7.50 on all orders.

Standard shipping is FREE* on orders over $149.00.

Your shipping costs will be calculated for your review during checkout.

Our system automatically determines the best shipping rate for all orders under $149.00.

6. How long will it take to get my order?

When you place an order with Back to Nature, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email account listed in your customer profile.

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Occasionally an item is in high demand causing it to be on back order from one of our suppliers. When an item has been placed on back order, an alternative delivery date with be set up that corresponds with the receipt of that item into inventory.

We cannot make changes to the ship to address once an order has been placed.

7. How do I return an item?

Back to Nature guarantees your satisfaction on every item we sell by offering a refund credit of the purchase price that can be applied against future purchases.

Please note, all items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
