There are many favorite recipes for chai, but the spices most often included are cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger and black pepper.
We offer chai made with black tea and a spices-only blend that is caffeine-free.
Ingredients: Black Tea, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Black Pepper.
Directions: Add 1 tsp. chai mix to 3/4 cup boiling water. Steep 4 to 5 minutes and strain. Top off with 1/4 cup hot milk or dairy substitute and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Makes 1 serving.
