Referred to as one of the most bitter of the bitter, Genitan Root grows in mountainous regions throughout the world and takes 7 to 10 growing seasons to mature.

Used as the executive flavor in vermouth, this herb has been used for more than 2,000 years, primarily in digestive bitters and teas.

Directions: To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon herb, cover and steep 3 to 5 minutes.
