Hydrangea is a flowering shrub native to the United States and Asia.

The root is traditionally used as a tea, though it is also available in capsule and extract forms by some retailers.

Directions: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
