Hot Mustard can be used like regular mustard in mayonnaise, salad dressings, barbecue sauce, baked beans, steak sauces and relishes.
The flavor of this spicy mustard is hotter than brown or yellow mustard seed and is often used to make tangy egg roll dipping sauces.
Directions: To make moisten mustard powder with warm water to form a thin paste. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to develop hotness and pungency. Use within one hour.
