Schisandra Berries grow on woody, aromatic, perennial vines native to eastern Siberia, northeastern China, Korea and Japan.
Directions: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 tsps. of the herb. Cover and steep 15-20 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
